2 days after graduating from trucking school,I was charged with theft by conversion. I was 56 yrs old and that was the only trouble with the law I ever had other than traffic tickets. I took first offender status thinking that would keep my record clean.However it has not. Once I inform a potential employer about the charge ,they are no longer interested.

I have a valid cdl with tanker endorsement and hazmat clearance from the Transportation Security Administration. Can somebody please give me a chance?
