Got a citation for smoking in the truck with placcarded load of diesel . Can I loose my hazmat, Anyone know how much the fine is here in PA?

i knew one cant smoke within 25 ft from the trlr that is placared flamable, but is deisel flamable? heck we all sit on top of two or more tanks of deisel fuel...

Your company has to know about this anyway. Your safety department will know if you will lose your hazmat endorsement or not.

I doubt it, but I am not sure.
