Have a felony and want to drive, can someone help me, thanks!

I am looking to get in the trucking industry. I have a little exp. but I also recently graduated from trucking school. I have a class A cdl, perfect mvr, us passport, and I'm about to get my hazmat endorsement.

My battle is the drug felony (9 yrs old) on my record. Any and all advice will help. my email address is phil41306@yahoo.com or southernhillsrabbits@yahoo.com. Also I wonder if this would help me? The arresting officer and I have remained good friends (as he knows what kind of person I really am) to this day and he is willing to write me a letter of recommendation to whatever company I find. Will this help?

Felony? No problem.

I work for John Veriha Trucking in Marinette, WI. They have no problems with felonies. They are only worried about your MVR within the last 5 years. Same with DUIs. Having a bad MVR and a DUI are much worse than a felony.
