Probably won't find anyone to do that. There's too much liability involved, plus if a driver is helping you practice, then he's not moving freight and making money.
Sygma Network hires drivers with only the CDL Permit, but you're an employee and learn OJT while delivering freight with a trainer. This is legal,but having someone just take you in a truck like you suggested, will be hard because insurance companies won't cover it.
