How can an Independent contractor trucker get medical insurance for him/herself and his/her spouse?

Is there certain companies or places that I can medical insurance for myself and my spouse? I want to become an independent contractor and haul my own loads for different companies and etc.


But I want to know how I can get medical insurance..
