How can I get a job driving only in the state of Texas and I'm a recent CDL school graduate?

can't leave state because of parole.have 1 year left on 20 year sentence.That means no trouble in 19 years.will anyone hire me can run all over the state of Texas with no problems.Are there any companies that will give me a chance?
