how can i get a trucking job.

How can i get another trucking job if i have a non recordable accident and a truck tip over on my dac. I got fired from heartland express for the accident.

I did not receive a ticket for the tip over I was on a soft shoulder and the truck tipped over.But I did get a ticket for the non recordable. one accident happened on 12/03/08 the non recordable. The other happened on 11/13/09.

SO what company can i go to get back rolling.
