how do i find jobs with positive results for marijuana on my dac report

i have a positive result of marijuana on my dac record and i'm looking for a job. Is it impossible to find work or am i looking in the wrong places?

Went out on new years eve and smoked a joint,went back to work and got popped on a random! Fired on the spot,"0" tolerence.Ruined my trucking career for the forseeable future!I'm finding out the hard way that not many if any of these trucking companies are willing to take a chance on you. It sucks,but I have no one to blame but myself!(The story of my life!)All I can do now is pray and hope to find a company willing to take a chance.So in answer to your question>>>>It's gonna be next to impossible! Hope you have good luck in getting hired somewhere because I will test clean for the rest of my life and can't get any one to hire me all because of two simple class 3 felonies of drug poss.
