How do I get a local trucking job right after trucking school

Recent Female CDL grad who has not been able to find a local trucking company who helps inexperienced drivers without having to do regional or OTR, like the McLane company.

They have a Driver Program to allow you to get the experience while having you home daily.

Please help.
