how do i get trucking experience after getting CDLs

where should i look in my state of ohio to find a trucking company that will hire someone who has finished truck driving courses ? Is there anyway to get the experiance i need ?

if you don't remember my question i took truck driving course and cant find a job that doesn't need a lot of experience first or how do i get some experience to get one of those good trucking jobs or something local due to my family i live in Ohio .
