How do you cope with the separation anxiety when he leaves - new truckers wife

My husband just left for OTR training, and he will be gone for two weeks. Today is his 1st day driving and we didn’t talk a lot today.

We spoke just a couple of minutes ago and now I’m in my feelings. I’m have separation anxiety and I’m on the verge of tears.

How did you cope with the 1st time your husband was away?
