I want to quit my job. How long must I legally sit before my company gets me a load.

A company can sit u as long as they want to based on the shipper and consignee on the load u were assigned to from where dates and times were changed. Or of let u sit until 34 hour reset is done from not enough hours.

Or they can sit u for however long for of refuse a load or something else u did wrong. Sum even sit a driver until fie them and give truck to another driver/new hired driver.
