If you were "at fault"

and you are in a court of law, as soon as the judge determines that you are the guilty party, the court reporter is sending the information

As to who is allowed to see it is another topic enitirely

There are arguments about this as we speak

Your MVR will show it but not necessarily your FMCSA score... at this time
