So I worked for CR England. Disputed their reason on my DAC and was told nothing I could do but write my own statement. So I did many times I only get 100 words. And they say I can't put anything nagitive about the company. They can lie and get away with it. By say I was unsafe after hitting a patch of black ice. Now it is proving impossible to find a job. Is their anyone who can help.

Failed a dot test for marijuana while working for a railroad back in 2000 completed the SAP and went back to work. Since its been 15 years should I answer yes that I have failed a DOT test even though the DAC goes back only 10 years? I know a yes answer will more than liking hinder my chances of being hired

So I was terminated because I had supposedly lied on an application all because they wanted to remove me from a dedicated driveing position so they could put there company drivers on that fleet and get more money all this was because they had asked me if I had done drugs and on the application I said no the wording was if I had done drugs in the last year and the answer was no when they asked me I said no not since high school and then they told me I was terminated all this just to get rid of me they fucked my career off how can I support my family as a burger flipper or a ditch digger how can I put my kids thru college if someone could please help me cause if I can't fix this I think I may just have fatal car accident and drive into a Concrete overpass support or something where no one but me will be killed so that my family can get my life insurance money and my kids won't have to grow up like I did

They want you to pay for training and you go through school get your license then you work for them and they treat you like a turd until you quit then they put bad stuff on your dac record so you cant get another job...Then they say theres a shortage of drivers out there, the truck companies do this to raise the cost of delivery and make money from the finance of your training. Its a good plan works well and there is no contol over this method of manipulation.

I drove for swift I had 2 preventable and one was not my fault my first one i hit a small pole i didn't see and seond one a lady cut in front of me in order not hit the i hit a guard rail with the rear tire one the trailer and i have made a lot mistake on my log and with that i got fird can i fight this.

Shame on you. These "people" may not have had the opportunity to even go to school. Some are from another country and is doing the best they can to communicate.

Instead of criticizing her spelling, help her. She is pleading for help. I see people writing on the web everyday and most don't even try to spell correctly even when you can see they have the knowledge to do so.

She on the other hand is asking for help the only way she knows how and all you can do is hurt her. So shame on you.

I too am trying to get help or else I would tell her what she needs to do to help her and her husband.

how dispute incorrect information from DAC. From 2005 I tried to help to mu husband. He contact Dac dispute incorrect informacion about 5 preventable incident.

He contact former employer receive informacion about 8 preventable incident, wrote to DAc contact employer nothing. help please HELP me urgent.

I am wife I try to help to my husband, He have 7 year CDL license never suspended,clean driving record.

He have documentation about incident whot he give to company informacioon.if you know wey PEASE HELP ME NADA 717 293-5230
