how many years do trucking companies go back to check your mvr?

I have non moving violations, for failure to appear & failure to pay fines on my mvr from 4yrs ago,including a suspended license.


If companies only go back 3yr on your mvr, would that suspended license hurt my chances of becoming a trucker?
