I am a PA driver for a company, I took a load that they did not get me a over width permit for and got a fine, they pay the fine but do I get points on my CDL license

just want to know if I get the points for the company making me haul overwidth or overweight loads.

According to PA Dot you do not get points on your license. 717-412-5300
