I failed a pre employment drug test but i dont work for the company will this go on my record

I am looking for work and i took a drug test for a company and was told i had failed i dont really know how that happened i am been drug free.

Will this go to the dmv .are the d.o.t because i dont really what to do know. nerved had a drity urine before
