I gave a positve UDS over three years ago, can the company that i was working for, still give other trucking companies that information now that three years have passed.

I am currently applying for trucking jobs, but the company I was working for three years ago is still reporting my positive UDS to these companies.

Positive UDS will stay on your DAC Report for 10 years

The company is likely not reporting to the company our applying for. This is more than likely on your DAC Report for the next 10 years though.

All employers with half a brain will check your DAC to see who they are considering for a trucking job.

Trucking companies have different policies on how old this charge must be before the will hire you.

Most that I have talked to says 5 years. You will have to keep calling around to see if there are other companies that will accept you with this on your record.

If I were you I would take the SAP program if you can to show some type of corrective behavior and recognition of a need for change. I would think it could take some of the negativity from the positive test result.
