I got a no registration ticket and a no insurance ticket plus no state inspection sticker and i drive for the owner of the truck but it has a temporary license plate on it so the owner said i didn't have to have the registration for the truck or inspection sticker as well.

If he want give me the proof that the truck had insurance and all this other info how do i go about getting it and getting these things dropped

But I still think its your responsibility to make sure any truck you drive is legal.

I drive for a company and it is my responsibility to make sure my permit book is up to date. All stickers are up to date IE IFTA, HUT sticker, annual inspection sticker and that every trailer I pick up does have the registration on the trailer.

And that all equipment is legal according to DOT and FMCSA.

Bottom line you as the driver should know the federal regs.

As far as the owner not providing you with what you need, may mean he does not have what you need.

No worries he will get ticketed also the way they have the new CSA programs installed
