I have a cdl with a non complaint on my mvr.

It has been almost 3 years since i last drove a truck. I have one reckless driving on my record from a personal vehicle.

This company I tried to get in accepts no more than 1 reckless in the past three years.

I talked to the recruiter and she tells me she sees a non complaint on my mvr record along with a cdl warning letter. What is that?

She said it may not mean anything but it may be why many companies aren't hiring me because of that? thanks
