I have one rear end accident in my personal vehicle as well as a ticket from said acciednt. Can I get hired?

I have one rear-end accident and a ticket from said accident that occurred 3 yrs ago. When I apply for jobs I keep reading that most qualifications require that you dont have more than one accident or so many tickets in a given year.

I recently applied for Werner, and received a pre-approval to attend orientation. Is it worth it to even call them back if there just going to tell me no I dont qualify?
