I hit a guard rail in bad whether is that just as bad as involve in car accident ?

I want to know if hitting a guard rail because of bad weather can be just as bad as being involved in car accident ?!!!

it all depends. were you riding a motorcycle or driving a big truck. by the way a vehicle accident with other people is serious as compared to some property damage.

did you rub against guard rail, smash it down? give some more details...
