Ideas of where to park my truck near Tempe, Az

We live a little bit off the beaten path in south-east Phoenix area. Looking for a place closer to Phoenix so as to minimize bobtailing.

Anyone know of a place—hopefully relatively cheap place as we are a brand new business.
