ideas or recipies to make for my trucker

Were new to being a trucker couple and are still learning. I have kids so I stay and make a home while he brings home the bacon. Lol but before he leaves we go shoping and try to agree on healthy non spoiling foods for him to eat. They have to be easy and fast to prepare.

I was thinking besides fruits and soup bowls, there should be things I can prepare and conceal for him to eat. Foods that don't need reheating or a refrigerator.
