If a company is in labor disputes can a truck driver pull up to the dock, or do they have to drop the trailer away from the dock

Once you cross the picket line, everything's normal, inside the fence. So you would make the delivery as normal. It's just driving thru the picket line where you will encounter resistance. Picket lines are off company property, as in public sidewalk. Jimmy
