If I need SR22 and my spouse bought a semi, will the insurance be unbelievably high?

My husband is starting a transport company and is looking into insurance. He has a company that quoted him $612/month. Then they found out I need SR22, even though I won't be in the truck at all, they raised the quote to $2400/month!
