Also if you sustained any injuries (even minor) you are required to get a DOT physical regaradless.

I think you mean can your company force you to do a random drug test. Actually, they can "random" you anytime they think you might be on something. As with an accident. However, would need to know more info RE: your situation. Did you have an accident on the way to work ? Jimmy
