I a new driver looking to driver for and Own/OP. I have my CDL but little Experience. I got my license last year Oct 2010.

I started driving for a family member for 3months. He had his on rights and was running a Power Unit with JB Hunt. Long story short I didn't get paid very often. I stop driving for him earlier this year.

Now I'm trying to find someone with their own truck to team up with. I want to go back OTR very badly to say. A lot of companies are turning me down, telling me I need to take a refresh course. But I need extra fund which I don't not have at this time.
