it will go on his cdl record...if there is no witness and this is a "he said she said" situation, tell your daughter to stand her ground and take him to trial level and see of he lies in front of a real judge.

A person is not automatically guilty in an accident just because they hold a CDL...it has to be proven it was not his fault for him to retain his CDL/and keep good points on his record in order to get a job, or not get fired from his job if it is his fault...companies want professional drivers with clean dmv...
