In Wisconsin with CDL permit

My name is Alex. two years ago i got an OWI or dwi. i was 20 at the time and rebellious was stupid i have recently straightened out my life currently hold my CDL permit but i need a job.

I am a hard worker and honest i and from Wisconsin please help? i don't have any OTR experience but i am a good driver
