Iraq War Vet cdl driver looking to go over the road again

I have my cdl and drove over the road for a little over 2 years. I was activated through the Florida National Guard and sent to Iraq, to defend our country. Came back to US soil in 2005 and took some time off from otr trucking. I did drive a school bus for 3 years, pulled my 20 foot car hauler around and I maintained my cdl.

Well, now I'm ready to get back to the open road. Every company I have talked to wants recent otr driving experience, or take a refresher course. I also retired from the Florida National Guard so I don't have any set times I need to be back home.
