well, all these comments i'vedriven for kllm inc in the past when they first started their lease program the concept is good and it's better than some of the others the program is what you make it if you want to make a living you CANNOT make a living 3 DAYS A WEEK that's what I've seen at 1 other company I was employed at. if you want to make money you have to get out there and go with the flow of the freight otherwise your going to not make a nickel, this program is by far better than any I've looked at I startedwith this company in the late 80's and i'm going to finish up my careerwith this companyeither as a company driver or as a lease operator the choice is yours and mine. thank you.

Well Im not with KLLM but looking forward for the opportunity from where I stand there's got to be a better way in this game as look at other trucking industry and working for one the biggest out there looks like this is my blessing from what I seen and spoke two other drivers that work for KLLM said this the place to start your plan to become a owner operator looking for the challenge

I have work at kllm for two years and havent had any problems. Truck be paid off next year 10/15. There buy out is only $1.00 what other company is offering that.... Many other companies have 24, 000 to 36, 000 ballon buyouts. Every company has its pros and cons. And every company isnt for everybody. I have met alot of drivers who have quit cause they were not making money. But quit to go back being a company driver making less.Lease purchase drivers have the opportunity to make it if you really want it. Its a business!!!!!!! The same way a company expects you to run and make them money. Do it for yourself and receive the bigger benefits from it. If you need to be up under mama all the time. Dont waste your time applying. You not trying to make any money......... YB!!!

I have not tried KKLM myself beware though are you expense experienced. One break even or profit in one thousand miles drive 55 economy. If the company is not electric log yet do as if it is they watch qualcom. I've logged 4200 miles with first 2000 miles 55mph with electric logbook no violation solo. Don't idle truck, try to get company with lite loads, JB Hunt. Watch out for companies that have huge miles not paid, Swift, Knight, Central Refridgerated.

I know companies can't make all employees happy, but check out ripoffreport.com by kllm , that may help you make up your mind. Its helped checking out that site for an eye opener to see what's goin on with that company ! Good luck at what you decide !

LISTEN TO ME. KLLM IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY. I DID LEASE PURCHASE.. YOUR FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS IS GOING TO BE LOVELY. AFTER THAT. U WIL MOST LIKELY AVERAGE 1800 miles a week. U can't make it like that. Don't go to kllm. They suck.
