simple answer and why.

The drug polices of the trucking companies are regulated by the DOT. Federal Government laws require trucking companies to submit random drug tests.

I am absolutely sure this isn't allowed under strict cannabis laws that treat marijuana as a narcotic unallowing you to drive heavy machinery under marijuana.

Write your politician to decriminalize it along with several other unviolent crimes. Just a waste of prison space.

Still no one has really answered this question. In what state if any can you smoke legibly off of work and not worry about DOT drug testing when you have a perscription for pot?

You are obviously ignorant. People on medical marijuana are not stoned and out of it. Would you ask the same question of someone on Valium or Xanax for anxiety? What about someone on Vicodin or norco for pain?

These drugs make someone far more "spaced out" than medical marijuana. Thanks for your idiotic opinion and immature guess, but I was hoping for a matter of fact answer from a knowledgeable person.
