Is there a way to locate a specific driver?

My brother Charles Perry used to drive for Lewis and Robey trucking. I called them but they could not give me anything. He is my step brother and our dad passed away on 12/25/2011.

I need him as he is the blood next of kin and they will not release my daddy to me. If anyone know him or how to get a hold of him, please have him call me at 850-321-5528
