is there any way to get out of the inside of a tank trailor if you get locked inside?

It's weird I know but I just had had a dream and I was inside one of the shipping containers they use for transporting oil and other types of liquids while the truck was driving it and it ended up flipping and rolling into some large body of water and water started leaking in and started to wonder if there was any way to get out?

I am also what you would call a pepper so this would help me if I was ever stuck in any kind of predicament I found myself shut in a tanker trailor.
