I've been driving now for 10 years and I love it more each year. I always respond with sincere appreciation when other drivers hold a door open or offer other acts of courtesy.
Benefits? No. I think its a balanced deal.
I can't recall being mistreated by a shipper or receiver... maybe the smile truly goes a long way.
The CB? OK. Absolutely disgusting. It was so bad I turned it off years ago. Its used only when a sign at a customer's facility request I have it on thus and such channel to await my dock assignment. Unbelievable. The filth and rage that comes across that thing.
Otherwise, its as close to heaven as I can get. Love love love it.
