On 3-17-10 I took preemployment hairtest at JB Hunt in Dallas. My urine was fine but I was told I tested positive for cocaine on hairtest. I,m diabetic for 5yrs now and I never did anything prior to becoming diabetic. I told them the lab made mistake so they wanted me to pay for retest if I didn,t have anything to hide. I refused to pay for retest cause I didn,t trust them to do it right the second time cause I knew this was a set-up. I got retested next month and I requested copy of actual test from MRO in Midlothian Tx. They refused to send copy of test. I went to head of FMCSA Bill Morgan and refused to reverse sitaion with my proof of retest from differnt lab. He tried to co-hearse me to go to SAP program if I was to ever drive truck again. It took 5 months and 19 days to get their lab to finally send me test results. My retest was Negative from lab I used. It,s been long a nd drooling nightmare cause they have used the messed up Texas law to their aval. So from going through Dallas Bar Assoc. I haven,t had any luck. I,m now with TVC and hopefuuly they can find someone that will realize I,ve be railroaded. I also need some company or individual with the non-fear of breaking the company stick together code to realize put yourself in my shoes. I,ve nerver smoked in my life.,, I don,t drink my health issue won,t allow me to cause of the medication I take would be extremely life risking to do so. So you have another example of Corp America not willing to just fess up to their wrong, and having total disregard for all my finacial loses and most importantly my creditabilty after all thse 25 yrs of being in the trucking industry.
