Kenny from Ma. fresh out of trucking school looking for driving job

I'am seeking to be hired by any company that would hire me. Iam fresh out of trucking school, I have a misdemeanor minor possesion of class b (cocaine)
placed on probation for 6 months and finished in 11/07. I havent been in trouble since then.

A lot of companies wont hire me because of my misdemeanor, they said that it has to be more than 10yrs old (CR.England,Stevenson and Swift) I just need a company i can get experience with.

Does any one know? i live in Mass.
