I am Kristin Henderson, the wife of SWIFT trucker Joshua Hederson and the mommy of our 6 year old boy, Jonah Henderson.

Here is our story: Joshua is Cajun and therefore so is Jonah. I am a stump-jumper. Joshua and I met at 11 in the Baton Rouge Church that we grew up in.

Several years later, my family moved to Arkansas where a lot of my family is from -hillbilly country!!

And so Joshua and I were 10 hours apart. So at 19 we got engaged over the phone, made it official the next month when he came to visit for Christmas and after he officially proposed we had our first kiss and first date.

We married 5 months later and have been married 8 years now. We are both 28, Our son is 6 and he's awesome. We are awesome too. I'm just kiddin.

Anyways we are new to trucking. I am very proud and supportive of my husband for doing what he has to do to support out family and I'm very willing to get out there and do what I have to do at home myself.

We love God, we love our life and everything we r blessed with. I definitely need the support of other trucker wives because in our 8 years of marriage, we haven't been apart for more than 24 hours. So it's tough.

So anyways YAY!! GO JOSHUA!!
