I got charged with possession of spice in May 2012. I received a Bad Conduct Discharge along with a minor possession felony for the spice. I am still currently in Okinawa awaiting orders.

I have receive a CDL skills test wavier from my command. Im looking for a company that would take someone in my position. Im willing to travel, no family and no kids.

Bad Conduct Discharge NEW

Stephen, I don't know how they would respond to that type of discharge by it's self.

However, situation around it and especially if you end up with a felony will cause you some problems until it is at least 5 years old. The best thing you can do is call around to trucking companies and see what type of feedback you get.
