Local Delivery Driver Jobs vs Dedicated Runs for newbies

I recently got my CDL (A) and have been offered Delivery positions at local beverage companies (Buffalo rock, Bud, etc)...I also have an offer for SNI Dollar General Dedicated acct.and they are saying average driver pay is 51,500....

Here's my questions: Most "Better paying" local jobs require 6 months to 2 years experience.

1.Would the local Beverage jobs done in combination vehicles done for a year be considered Experience?

2.Which is the most physical of the two type jobs?

3.Is the 51,500 creditable for the SNI DG account?
