Local Philly and NJ area driving jobs - home daily

OK guys, so I am a recruiter for East Coast Drivers Solutions. Lately I have not gotten much feed back from drivers looking for positions in the Philadelphia / New Jersey Areas.

We pay $19 or more hourly. All positions are home daily. We also offer medical and dental plus a sign on bonus of $1,500. Also tons of hours to work and many customers, so if one customer gets slow there is always another one to go to instead of waiting for more work.

What else can I add to Pull more drivers in?
