Looking for a chance to prove I am a valued employee

To make a long story short, It was some guys that tried to rob me in front of my wife and kids. They shot me so in fear her their life and mine, i shot back. I killed one of the guys and did time for it.

While incarcerated i did a lot to better myself but I cant seem to get a break.

I have acquired my CDL permit and I just would like a break into the trucking industry.
