Looking for pathway into livestock hauling

I been driving on and off for over 10 years now I've always been set on livestock. I've got deep roots in farming and been around it all my life just never had my opportunity.

What the best way to get my foot in the door or can anyone point me in right direction to company that hires experienced drivers not experienced in livestock to get that experience so I can one day own my own livestock truck.
