LOOKING TO GET IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY

I AM STARTING SCHOOL IN ONE WEEK I AM GOING FOR MY CDL CLASS A LICENSE. MY QUESTION IS 9 WEEKS OF SCHOOL GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO LEARN ABOUT TRUCKS EVEN IF I DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM??

getting into trucking

Hello German,

Well I only went to school for 8 weeks knowing nothing about driving. I was pretty comfortable when I got out.

My school was 8 hrs a day 5 days a week though.

Compare the hours that they will have you behind the wheel and hours of class time to other schools in the same price range and see how it compares.

Obviously, if they are short on either when compared to most other schools you might want to rethink.
