Los Angeles truck driving job wanted

My name is Priscilla. I have a current class A and just passed my D.O.T. physical, good for 2 years.

I originally got my class A in 1993 and drove for many years after that. I also obtained a passenger endorsement by learning how to operate buses and shuttles and working as a bus driver for several years.

The last time I operated a big rig was in 2007. I have tried to get back in to the trucking industry but, as you know, you need recent experience.

I am physically able to get back in a rig and drive, plus I am willing to start, as a novice would, and retrain on the road, or however a company would retrain. I am currently working part-time at Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a driver, moving cars, pickups, vans, small box trucks to and from various locations in Southern California.

I need to make more money than what this job pays and I have been longing to get back on the road as a class A trucker while I still can. If you have any advice or suggestions please let me know.
