Man with cdl got pulled over in his semi and they found a little marijuana no dui or dwi was given

He got pulled over at the scales for inspection and they smelled marijuana he got a ticket but not a dui or dwi they had a state cop follow him to a truckstop and made him shut down for 24 hours and then he was free to finish his trip.


Is he able to continue driving truck after this

"Man" should have been arrested on the spot in a CMV with illegal drugs. Keep your mouth shut on your luck, stop doing drugs, and get back to work. Simple ID-10-T error

Sure, the trooper said he's good to go after 24 hours.
His company will probably fire him though.
