on 30 October 1996 i plead guilty to attempted murder in California the 14 year old son of my oldest brother was sexually molested and the father and i went to deal with the perpetrator we were arrested and plead guilty to eight years to avoid a life sentence.

I have been off parole since January 2006
I have several character letters including from my former parole agent.
I hold a California CDL A.

the D.O.T. Has allowed me to obtain my HAZMAT & TWIC certifications.

I also Have endorsements for air brakes,combo,dbl/tpl,tank and pass.
On a personal level i have above average credit 700+ and i bought my first home in 2008.

Of course there is much more to my conviction and I will gladly share this with any potential employer who would consider hiring me.
