on a scale of 1-10 i give em a 6 only because i do get a paycheck but a lot of headaches trying to get reimbursed on anything.

If you have medical emergency they want you to get equipment to yard they worry more about equipment than the driver.. been here over a year n still not seen my raise.

They do keep ya running if you get right fleet manager. im looking now i wont stay with marten much longer...also when you talk with recruiter they say they a family first company and they very far from it they only care about themselves so don't trust much of what the recruiters will say which i'm finding is typical with any company!!
