I'm 45 years old and married with 6 children. I don't smoke or do drugs or drink alcohol. I just got my cdl class A permit. I've had driving experience that stretches over 23 years. I started driving school buses with a class B cdl when I was younger. Then I started working for Childers Oil Co. in Whitesburg, Ky. delivering fuel to gas stations and coal companies. I also worked for a lumber company hauling logs to the mill. I then went to Super Service Truck Driving school in Summerset Ky., got my Class A license and drove OTR for them for several months. At that time I quit driving for a while and became an LPN/Surgical Tech. After several years I took a break from nursing and drove OTR for DTI Co. Inc. out of Sioux city Iowa. until they when bank rupt. I returned to nursing and worked at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Ky. on the heart team for several years. Early in 2006 I decided that I was done with nursing and started driving a flat bed for a lumber company out of Appalachia Va., delivering cut lumber to the surrounding states. In late 2006 I committed several felonies and went to prison until this year. I lost my house, vehicles, money, friends and family during this time. I served out my sentence and hope to rebuild my life and help my family if given the chance.
